Training Terms
Scope
These terms govern the booking and delivery of trainings by machtsinn.ai (provider as per the imprint). The chosen package, the confirmed date, and the confirmed group of attendees are decisive.
Booking and confirmation
The booking request via the website or by email is binding. The contract is formed with our written confirmation (email suffices); we usually confirm within 24 hours on business days. Without confirmation, no payment obligation arises.
Prices and payment
The fixed price of the chosen package applies per training (10–15 attendees), plus VAT where applicable. For on-site delivery outside the greater Zurich area, travel expenses may be added at cost; we state them before confirmation. The invoice is issued after confirmation and is payable within 30 days net.
Rescheduling and cancellation
Rescheduling is free of charge up to 14 days before the date (one reschedule per booking included). Cancellation up to 14 days before the date is free; cancellation 13 to 7 days before the date incurs 50% of the package price, thereafter 100%. Individual attendees can be substituted free of charge at any time. If we have to cancel the training (e.g. illness, force majeure), we offer a replacement date or fully refund amounts already paid; no further claims arise.
Materials and usage rights
Training materials and cheatsheets are intended for the internal use of the attendees. Passing them on to third parties or commercial reuse is not permitted without our consent.
Liability and applicable law
We deliver trainings with care and based on the current state of the tools, but do not warrant specific business results. To the extent permitted by law, liability is limited to intent and gross negligence. Swiss law applies; the place of jurisdiction is the provider's registered seat.
